Então o homem do campo viu um novo sentido para lutar por suas plantações, animais e sentiu uma esperança, no dia tão precioso e simbolizante, dia 19, o dia do São José um personagem célebre do Novo Testamento bíblico, marido da mãe de Jesus Cristo, Segundo tradição cristã, nasceu em Belém da Judeia, no século a.C., era pertencente à tribo de Judá e descendente do rei Davi de Israel.
