Atentos a Philips anuncia Recall. Empresa chama seus consumidores que compraram lâmpadas Philips LED GU10 8-50W, para fazer substituição do produto, que foi fabricado de janeiro a dezembro de 2012. O comunicado enviado pela fabricante ao Ministério da Justiça alerta que a falha na lâmpada pode levas a uma "fuga da corrente elétrica", com possibilidade de "choques elétricos" a quem manuseá-las, com consequentes lesões físicas. A campanha teve inicio no dia 14 e abrange 1.320 unidades pertencentes ao Lote GU10.
O Código de Defesa do Consumidor determina que é dever do fornecedor fazer o reparo ou a troca do produto ou serviço defeituoso a qualquer momento e de forma gratuita.
Opinião: Um recall é sempre importante e muito bem visto, antes que apareçam consumidores com graves problemas, até mesmo porque apresenta risco de danos e lesões em consumidores, sempre temos que estar atentos, espero que nenhum consumidor tenha sido lesionado para a percepção desta falha.
