A médica Virgínia de Souza que estava presa desde 19 de fevereiro, acusada de antecipar a morte de pacientes na UTI do Hospital Evangélico em Curitiba, foi solta na tarde de quarta dia 20. A justiça atendeu a um pedido da defesa onde pediu que Virginia de Souza responda em liberdade, o pedido foi aceito pelo Juiz de Direito da 2ª Vara do Tribunal do Júri de Curitiba, Daniel Surdi de Avelar. Ela e outros sete funcionários foram acusados por homicídio duplamente qualificado e formação de quadrilha. Eles respondem pelo envolvimento nas mortes de sete pessoas que estavam na UTI, além de serem suspeitos de outras 21 mortes. O Ministério Publico pretende que a medica e seus colaboradores fiquem presos até o fim do processo. Eles não podem exerce a profissão e estão afastado do hospital. A justiça estuda o caso e avalia se levará o caso a Júri popular.
Opinião: Pessoas que negociam vidas, não deveriam de forma alguma estar em liberdade, mas este é nosso país, quem paga e tem bons argumentos para convencer a justiça, fica solto.
(Dr Virginia de Souza who was arrested on 19 February, charged with anticipating the death of patients in the ICU of the Evangelical Hospital in Curitiba, was released on Wednesday afternoon 20th. Justice attended a defense request which asked Virginia Souza at liberty to respond, the request was accepted by the Judge of the 2nd Circuit Court jury of Curitiba, Daniel Surdi of Avelar. She and seven other officials were accused of murder doubly qualified and conspiracy. They are responsible for the killings of seven people who were in the ICU, and are suspected of 21 other deaths. The Public Ministry wants the drug and its employees are stuck until the end of the process. They can not exercise the profession and are away from the hospital. The justice studies the case and evaluating whether it will take the case to the Jury popular.
Opinion: People who trade lives, should not in any way be released, but this is our country, those who pay and have good arguments to convince the justice becomes loose.)
